In community and collaboration we can make a deep impact in our neighborhoods. Coming together to create open air fairs and free markets that bring resources like showers, haircuts, clothing, hygiene supplies, OHP/Snap assistance, vaccines and vaccine information, food boxes, hot meals, wound care, hop passes, HIV/HepC testing, etc.
Partners Include: Portland Street Response, Cultivate Initiatives, Care Oregon, DeRose Community Wellness, Walk4Change, Our Streets PDX, Oregon Health Authority, CAP Prevention, Multnomah County Testing, and more.
We hit the streets multiple times a week to set up an events in east Portland to care for neighbors. We serve hot food, supply clothing, blankets, wound care kits, recovery resources and relationship. Neighbors can also contact us through the week for food, urgent supply needs, or assistance connecting to shelter, detox, recovery resources, or long term housing.
We are focusing on East Portland community and neighbors experiencing housing, health, food, and resource insecurity. Mobilizing during weather/civic emergencies for preparedness and safety.
We are mobilizing with the community to bring events that restore hope in our neighborhoods. Our focus is on making change through selfless agendas, compassion, and love. Elevating voices of the unseen and unheard across East Portland.
Taking the burden to share as a collective, because our care belongs to each other.
We provide mentorships to those desiring a chance out of addiction and homelessness. Our hopes are to link arms in those first steps, providing a mentor to walk through barriers like connecting to resources, housing, and employment.
Removing barriers like access to birth certificates, ID, social security cards, housing deposits and application fees.
