Our welcoming space in SE Portland provides essential resources, including hot meals, hygiene and wound care kits, clothing, peer support, and case management with our community health workers focusing on shelter referrals, detox and treatment referrals, housing navigation, and resource navigation.
We offer holistic, paid internships lasting 12-15 weeks, focused on skill-building in peer support or operational roles. These internships empower individuals impacted by homelessness, substance abuse, trauma, or poverty to achieve lasting personal and professional growth.

We have Community Health Workers and Peer Wellness Specialists meeting with individuals in shelter to navigate and obtain housing with supportive services.
Our Community Health Workers provide dedicated on-site services supporting residents with their social determinants of health, such as rent assistance, health care access, education access, and access to sustainable food sources. Additionally, we facilitate community-building activities, monthly gatherings, and connections to neighborhood resources.

Every week, we host outreach fairs at Lents Park and Pilgrim Church, providing hot meals, clothing, hygiene supplies, wound care, and Narcan. We emphasize meaningful relationship-building with community members, fostering a strong, supportive network for lasting positive change.

In partnership with Portland Bureau of Environmental Services and Metro Regional Refresh Funds, we are focusing on bulky trash drop offs in Lents to divert waste ending up in the Johnson Creek this year, as well as remaining stewards of our Johnson Creek and MUP crossings in District 1.

Our staff designs a full day of immersive community care and popular education around systemic poverty and collective liberation. Trainings, service projects, and an outreach event to our neighbors.
Available to your staff, youth groups, high schools, community groups, or faith communities.
